Vijay began his career in digital marketing early. He launched and managed his first paid media campaign when he was just 18 years old, generating leads for a mortgage refinance client. At Babson College, Vijay turned his passion for digital marketing into many different successful online businesses ranging from eCommerce stores to an insurance lead marketplace. He is a data-driven media buyer, technologist, and our go to team leader.

Erik Smith

President & chief Media officer

Erik embarked on his journey into affiliate marketing during freshman year at Babson College. Under the tutelage of two of San Diego’s largest media buyers, he created scalable systems and learned the art of making impactful direct response campaigns. Erik understands how to use data and technology to build audiences that produce real results for clients. He is the chief architect of our sponsored content network and reporting platform, working closely with our developers on the product roadmap.

Alejandro Soler-Roig

Director, Media & Analytics

Alejandro (aka Papos) is likable – plain and simple. He’s also a talented marketing analyst who recognizes that the devil is in the proverbial details. Before starting his career in digital marketing, Alejandro was a top sales executive at Uber. Because of his unique skillset in both analytics and client communication, Alejandro is a joy to work with. As a lead client partner, Alejandro is in charge of insight reports, creative / asset development, and campaign optimization.

Joshua is a web and mobile engineer experienced in both frontend and backend principles. With several years of freelance work under his belt and formal training in Computer Science, Joshua enjoys tackling projects with upfront planning and data-driven UX & UI solutions, built with the consumer in mind. He works closely with the Attrakt management team to bring their goals to life.
